Scuba diving the 12" guns on the wreck of the battleship Kronprinz Wilhelm, Scapa Flow.

This wreck is upside down, you need to get underneath it at 38m to see these huge guns!

@GodOfWords You’re telling me! All this diving & snowboarding is messing with my training plan! 😄

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

Smashed my January mileage, now the difficult task of coming close to February’s mileage in a March incorporating 2 holidays! 😕 #running #training #ukRunChat #trailrunning #beatJanuary #marathontraining

@adamcgould That’s me...

@S_sick_J_fish @UKRunChat Another recommendation for Garmin products, had several over the years & all have been great. Many different options depending what you want it to do. There is a great independent review site here: https://t.co/q47dSquQV8

@mat8iou @UKRunChat I like the idea of that, so far mine have been hills (up & down) followed by long flats which I’m a bit wiped out for, so not as fast as I’d like - maybe it will just take a bit longer to build my stamina.

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

#UKRunChat When #TrailRunning with big hills, are they best at the start so you’ve tired legs for the flats or end so you can run faster on the flats? #running #training #MarathonTraining

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

@aahevents Did the half a few years ago, finally back to do the marathon in 2019 & I cannot wait!

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

@danjtowns First time, but they had 250 runners so expect they’ll be doing it again - I believe it was the same route as parkrun (have yet to make it on a Saturday 😄)

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

Great place for my first official night run & happy with sub-25 for my first 5k in years! #fountainsabbey #running #5k #ukrunchat #nightrun

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

@danjtowns Sure was, they were playing the sound of monks singing hymns through the abbey to top it off 👍

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

@UKRunChat I’m entering the Snowdonia Trail marathon from @aahevents , did the 1/2 a few years back and absolutely loved it!

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

@MirandaMac @LondonMarathon I was out running in mine a few years back and somebody shouted “I didn’t get in either!” 😄🙄

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]

Finished the month with a very well ran 10k race @beckbusters & a PB to boot! #running #ukrunchat #10k

[Mike G @hostilesmoker]
