I thought you guys @YourMechanic @arodtheduck might want to hear my experience. I called @yourmechanic on a Saturday morning and told them my starter was out. I was very clear that that was the problem and asked if they would bring the part same day.

Bottom line I was charged $120 to tell me I had a problem that I already knew I had, made it easy for my car to be vandalized, then cxld the appt. I have never experienced this low of a level of service before in my entire life. It would be great if somebody responded.

To add insult to injury the appointment for today was canceled about an hour before they were supposed to be here. I have called to talk to a manager over 15 times in the last 4 days and have been told someone will call me back. I have yet to have one person call me back.
