@virginmedia It is showing there is an issue. I have an engineer coming out on Friday. But like everyone else I am working from home and heavily rely on the Internet, I have asked for an engineer to come sooner as I have had these problems all week whilst trying to work.

@virginmedia Please could you get someone to call me, I am getting no response with the text service, webchat I've been into my account, now the phone lines aren't working. I have spent my entire morning trying to sort this. I can you my call log with the amount times and length of time spent

@virginmedia - can anyone help me about my internet. It's running really slow I have been on the phone to two people this morning and was supposed to be called back. The wifi pod you sent only received one of the two and doesn't work either. Please can you help?

@virginmedia Thanks for the advice but I have tried calling, web chat, it should not be this hard. I hope that I am not being charged for using these pods when I cant actually use them?

@virginmedia appreciate that these are difficult times but the internet issues we experience is imapcting our work now as we keep losing connecting during meetings.

@virginmedia spoke to a lovely lady this morning who was able to see that 2 pods have been requested but couldn't understand why we don't have the second on. I have tried everything to speak to someone.

@virginmedia I have litterslly just given up waiting. Is there anyone that can let me know when the second wifi pod is going to be delivered as I can't seem to set up the wifi pods until I receive the other one.

@virginmedia Unfortubately wasn't given a time but have tried calling twice yesterday and I am currently tried to call for the third time today so far trying to resolve the issue. This is becoming very so fustrating.
