My response to the latest hit piece against disabled people by the Torygraph 👇
I dare you to answer my questions, @Telegraph !!
Sick of the negative narrative pushed out against disabled people by the establishment?

People think chronic migraine is just a headache.
The aura is so intense, I lose vision. Then 12 hours vomiting, shaking, sweating, aching and being tormented by sound, sight & smell.
Then 12 more hours with the aftermath.
They keep striking - I never recover from the last.
“My daughter was told to exercise and ended up in a wheelchair... For GPs not to be aware of the harm that exercise can do is hugely damaging.”
Janet Sylvester (MEAction Scotland), speaking about her daughter who has ME while giving evidence to the Scottish Parliament Sept 2026.
Not only do some MPs want Parliament to pass an assisted suicide Bill which they accept is both dangerous and unworkable, they want to gerrymander the Parliamentary process so the Lords has no say. This isn't who we are in Britain and all reputable MPs must vote this Bill down.
They say “Protect our women and girls!”
But, when women and girls speak in opposing voices to theirs; THIS is what they do.
The conference should have been shut down.
Disabled people are criticized for having fashionable mobility aids, but that's nothing new.
Joseph Merrick had a lovely elaborate silver cane, it's even mentioned in the film The Elephant Man.
Sidenote, why silver? Were they expecting him to encounter werewolves in London?
Humans are the pests invading wildlife homes, territory. Humans must learn to share, be respectful of others who balance life on the entire planet. We all matter and need to live together with care & respect.
Good morning @Andyburnham. Currently you jail peaceful elderly ladies and gentleman holding a piece of cardboard up with words on it. They don't intimidate, they don't commit any real crime, yet you proscribe them.
Why are these thugs allowed to intimidate people in balaclavas?
Why wasn't this footage shown on main media tv after the Reform conference?? This tells us everything we need to know about Reform. @BBCNews@ITV@Channel4News@SkyNews@lisanandy
“People with #ChronicPain can feel chronic invalidation… If someone had a broken arm you would not ask them to reach for a piece of paper on the floor, you would see the limitation and alter your request.” https://t.co/S5HACZaXX8 @AChVoice#ChronicIllness#Disabilities
The Motability scheme is a leasing plan where you LEASE a vehicle using ALL of your mobility benefit award. Leasing plans require a down payment in CASH and Motability factor any adaptions needed into the cost. Helen Whately must stop the misinformation coming out of her mouth!
Claims to have supported autistic children, bullies autistic people.
Regardless of whether or not this is true, given how difficult it is for autistic people to access education, employment, and social activities, this is cruel.
@Helen_Whately There’s something repellent about repeatedly turning disabled people into political punchbags. Sneer at diagnoses, caricature support as freebies, imply people are idle, and you don’t just sell policy, YOU legitimise suspicion and hostility towards #disabled people
Jeremy Vine's coy response is predictable. He knows what's happening. His shows enable racism and ableism and thrive on conflict. Vine is partly responsible for the rise of Reform and the consequent rise in violence. Farage's delight is evident.

You’re exhausted, but you can’t sleep
• You’re starving, but you don’t eat
• You’re hurting, but you can’t cry
• You want help, but can’t ask
• You need connection, but isolate
Depression rewires everything.
It’s not laziness. It’s fucking survival.
Jeremy Kyle told the Reform UK conference that Southport killer Axel Rudakubana is getting “over £1,000 a month” in benefits.
There’s a rather big problem with that claim.
The DWP has already stated that people transferred from prison to a hospital setting are NOT entitled to claim benefits.
If you’re going to use welfare to whip up outrage, at least get the facts right.
