Years ago I used to look at these images of ritual humiliation Austrian people carried out against Jews in 1938, right after the Anschluss, and wonder what kind of people engage in such psychopathic and dishonorable behavior.
Who would laugh at a grown honorable person being forced at gunpoint to scrub the streets with toothbrushes?
How can any human being behave like this, I would wonder, especially since many of these Viennese people were highly acultured and educated.
Today I wonder no more.
The people who behave in this antisocial cruel and hateful way are all over Instagram and TikTok.
It is Swedish, British and German citizens who carry out weekly gorish plays in which they portray IDF soldiers in the most demonic way possible with medieval zeal.
It is the social media accounts who go to Brooklyn videoing themselves throwing coins and dollar bills at shocked Hasidic Jews.
Is Palestine News Network berating Jews in the streets and approaching them as they try to dine quietly in kosher restaurants.
And what about Vienna? How did producing such behavior workout for them?
Vienna went from being one of the world's great intellectual and cultural powerhouses to a city you would only visit to see it's achievements of past.
Vienna went from being the city of Freud, Mahler, Schönberg, Schrödinger, Pauli, Zweig and many others who transformed the entire world of psychology, physics, music, art, literature and philosophy to being a a tourism based city where people come to visit what it used to be in the past.
Every single person who is silent about the treatment of Jews today on social media, the normalization of cruelty, the rewarding of antisocial behavior towards Jews needs to understand that there will be extraordinary societal consequences for that silence.

Francesca Albanese says calling her a Hamas spokesperson is “outright defamation.”
Fine.
Let’s play:
WHO SAID IT? HAMAS OR THE UN SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR EDITION
1. “Today’s violence must be put in context.”
(Posted while the October 7 massacre was still unfolding)
2. “The victims of 7/10 were not killed because of their Judaism but in response to Israel’s oppression.”
(Responding to Macron calling October 7 the greatest antisemitic massacre of the century)
3. “There is no evidence of rape.”
(On reports of sexual violence committed on October 7)
4. “Killing soldiers is not an international crime… What is the right to resist for the Palestinians?”
(Asked directly whether Hamas was justified in crossing into Israel and killing Israeli soldiers on October 7)
5. “So excuse me, what did the Palestinians have to do? … I’m just asking what they are left with.”
(While being asked what recourse Israel had after October 7)
6. “You have a right to resist this occupation.”
(Said by video at a Hamas-organized conference in Gaza attended by senior Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad figures)
7. “The occupier cannot say he is defending himself.”
(Also said to an audience in Hamas-ruled Gaza)
8. “The Palestinians have no other room for dissent than violence.”
9. “An unlawful act of resistance does not make the resistance unlawful.”
10. “When you think of Hamas, you should not necessarily think of cut-throats, people armed to the teeth, or fighters. It’s not like that.”

Our apologies, Francesca.
We can see how people keep getting confused.
Please sue me, Ms. Albanese.
As you are a non-lawyer, let me explain: Truth is an absolute defense. I repeat: You are Hamas’s de facto spokesperson at the UN. I would love to put your record before a court.
Of course, to sue me, you'd have to admit you know exactly who I am.
A Hamas oppositioner posts a video of a Gazan foodie reviewing B12, one of the new restaurants in Gaza.
He wonders why the Israeli foreign office, Israeli media and commentators are not covering the social media videos coming out of Gaza "filled with all kinds of food and cuisine (Turkish, Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, etc.)... where the cheapest party costs 15,000 shekels. Every day there are at least 30 weddings in the Gaza Strip... This is in addition to the expenses for halls, wedding dresses, makeup, hairdressers, and clothing. And then there are the thousands of videos documenting daily life on Instagram and Facebook, showing the routines in the tents that have become like royal tents.
...
A torrent of videos, and the Israeli press is either clueless and doesn't see it, or they see it and are pretending not to! These videos are the best propaganda confirming that there is no war in Gaza right now, no famine..."
**I've been saying this for years.**

🕯️Liam Shrem was at Nova with two friends when Hamas attacked. His mother Simona said: “I spoke to them until 30 seconds before they were killed. They were happy, they didn’t know what was going on, this is my comfort, this is my strength.” All 3 were murdered.
Never forget.
“But slowly, I understood that even when you return home, not everything returns with you."
Evyatar David, who was starved and forced to dig his own grave while held in Hamas captivity for 738 days has created a fundraiser.
After enduring such horrific abuse, Evyatar has found that returning to normal life is harder than expected. Once an average man, Evyatar now experiences extreme PTSD flashbacks and is struggling.
“I am not writing so people will pity me,. I am writing because I want to win this battle too.” he wrote.
Supporting these survivors, after everything they’ve been through, is the least we can do.
This is not satire or humor.
How come there is no serious journalist investigating the extraordinary abundance of food and many heavy men in Gaza after they claimed starvation for 3 years?
"They use their people's blood as a tool to get the world to hate Israel."
Harsh but true words from @the_jefferymead about Hamas' cynical use of Palestinian civilians.
