@FidoSolutions Nope. I go to the app and the same issue. Why is there not a person I can speak to??? I’m trying to change my payment method!!!!! It’s not seamless whatsoever. You no longer have the live chat available… you can’t reach a real person. I am wasting so much time with this. Unreal.
@Fidomobile I cannot believe how TERRIBLE your service is. I am trying to update my card information on your website. It prompts me to go to call the phone number. I cannot update it on the phone, I CANNOT GET A REAL PERSON…and it prompts me to go to your website.
