The brakes on my wheelchair need tightening, which I didn’t notice until i got on the bus and now I have to stop my chair rolling by my foot firmly on the ground opps
There’s something so fun when people tell me I’m very good and efficient going around with some manual speed in my wheelchair (especially medical ppl)
I fcking love zooming around a corner with ease and speed
@nxsuada We won’t have the same experiences, but from my own, recovery can feel lonely at times. I’m here, not in a cliché way—I promise. If you want, whether it’s sharing memes, random check-ins with no expectation to reply, deeper chats, or supporting you in person, you’re not alone. 💖
@nxsuada Also I hope you have a support system, both in real life and online, to lean on when needed! 💖 You’re so worthy of recovery and the peace you deserve. You’re so deserving of love, care, and support. I hope the medical support is there for your safety if needed during recovery💖

Uncontrollably sobbing and snotty full on for the past hour and a half because something really upset me,lorazepam has hardly done anything. Yet this game grumps remix comes on in the background and has weirdly helped me calm down abit.
Hearing “I love sipping piss”caught me 😂.
Finally gave in and got myself a wheelchair today and within an hour a random guy has put his hand on my back handle push part and asked if I wanted help. I really didn’t think it wouldn’t have been THAT quick that a random person would try to push my chair but lol.
Anywhere is a possible place to sit if you have chronic pain and your legs sometimes just suddenly/without warning drop likely from neurological issues xoxox
I will say, in general for most my life I’m fairly open about my medical history/disabilitys ect as I would rather help people learn at least when it’s an appropriate situation. Though in those cases I am the one optionally opening up and am happy to within reason of course.
Up until yesterday I haven’t been asked what’s wrong/why I’m using a walking stick, I got into an Uber yesterday coming back from the gp and was using my stick to help balance and then I sit in the taxi and the guy goes “what’s wrong with your legs?” Baffled me
Instead I responded “uhh, I mean nothing is wrong with my leg necessarily. I’m disabled, it’s just kinda something that happens. My stick helps me.” Which I said abit annoyed but like what did they expect?? Oh one sec here’s my medical history for you person I have never met ??
