@eMeDroiD He dado todo el contexto necesario. Se trata de una cuenta que fue baneada en su momento, me robaron el acceso y cuando intenté recuperarla, alegaron que era robada para que la baneasen y no la recuperada. No me ayudan y me dicen que cualquier caso se cerrará automáticamente
