Result is asset prices are programmed to inflate. The system is a Ponzi scheme. Strategy found a way to not be abused by it

- increase demand from investors (less payment means more debt servicing from tenants)

@ericnuttall Is this not entirely self contradictory then? Given that “x” amount of oil would be consumed in a year, should we not choose the path forward with the least emissions? This makes no sense.
