A sad day, a hard day, and a day that we can never, ever forget despite how quickly our world is evolving, changing, and sliding into the future.
My mind is with so many people I know who were affected by those heinous actions that left a permanent stain on all of humanity. May God bless them all and everyone affected far and wide.
I read a prayer this morning that Fr. Mychal Judge, the first confirmed casualty, the chaplain of the @FDNY, and a @StBonaventure graduate, would recite every day.
Feels appropriate to re-share that here:
“Lord, take me where you want me to go,
Let me meet who you want me to meet;
Tell me what you want me to say, and
Keep me out of your way. Amen.”
The second-to-last day of Bills training camp is getting underway at St. John Fisher University. Earlier, Bills players got to meet members of AutismUp. One fan who is nonverbal shared a special moment with his favorite player, Dawson Knox. https://t.co/cSle3st9SL
@SalSports@Matt_Bove@AutismUp What I also want to share with you is that my brother Ted, who has autism and is an @AutismUp member, is non verbal and spells to communicate.
Coincidentally, Dawson Knox’s brother in law spells to communicate too. Here’s Ted spelling for Dawson, as #88 is his favorite player.

Happy World Autism Day — a day in which we celebrate inclusivity, different abilities, and different circumstances.
So proud of the man my brother has become. Growing up next to my hero has been the greatest blessing of my life. He lights up everyone’s world each and every day.
As a big Dead Head, I decided to have a little fun with this passion project.

"Someone with a disability, it's not always easy to say, 'Hey, I have a disability.' So, in that high stress situation, they have the blue envelope."
