@BeforeAfterPic_ This place and time is not correct. The “1940” pic is probably the late 40s and is of Park La Brea in Mid City LA. The “now” pic is of Downtown LA from 10 or more years ago.

@devin_mb Maybe you should use the city of Los Angeles for this comparison — which has a density of 7,545 ppl/sq mi (2010). LA County is 4,000+ square miles with enough wilderness to support hundreds of bears and mountain lions.
