Sunday was my last event as an @howdenashes trustee as work keeps me away from the town - but pleased to bow out maintaining my record as the leading solicitor of donations. Thanks to everyone who put in towards the £215 that went into this bucket alone during the day.

Our disability members are taking on the 1Km Fun Run on 3rd August. @howdenashes

The children are aiming to raise funds that will be used on football kit and social activities for the PAN disability team.

Please think of sun cream, wearing a hat and your hydration when out and about - there are plenty of businesses in Howden town centre to get a drink or an ice cream!

Katie Winter, one of the organisers of our annual Ashes 5K, marked the official opening of the Howden Mile by running the course from dawn to dusk this Saturday. By the time she finished she’s clocked up an incredible 40 miles around our park raising money for @TheBHF and us! 🙌
