“Having a personality disorder is ok unless you exhibit any symptoms of said disorder” ahh quotes jfc telling them it’s not “others responsibility” and to “manage their own triggers” this is a 21 year old with BPD. Individualism will kill us all
🚨EMOCIONANTE!
The older I get though, the more i understand why we genuinely need people like that for a functioning society. We need people that make a big deal over rules and order. We need people that care a lot and make a big deal over "nothing".
@lily_turquoise@SimpGanassi Ibuprofen is much more dangerous. It thins the blood + can cause ulcers, both of which can be deadly. Paracetamol is safer in normal doses
being a lesbian and a dialectical materialist is a wild experience bc every time astrology gets brought up by a femme i have to explain how horoscopes are fake and a part of esoteric nazism and telling her that feels like i just shot her family dog infront of her
I already quote tweeted a reply to this with the same thing but READ!!!! Read and your confusion shall be no more!!!!! Marx Fanon Bourdieu Lefebvre Foucault Gramsci etc etc!!!!
Yeah, yeah, I guess the director is super left-wing, you can't project American class dynamics onto Korean art, etc.
But just objectively, come on. The poor people in this film are literally murdering everyone while the rich people are trying to throw a child's birthday party
So. This might sound crazy but. Up until 15 years ago, the only way to get tickets was in person. At ticket offices. What possible reason is there not to bring that back?
txt soobin talking about jihoon’s acting in wangsanam during his recent weverse live (rough trans)
“im not sure if it’s okay for me to say this, but actor park jihoon has such a melancholic look to him. he was perfectly cast for that role. honestly, to tell you the truth, i think that if another actor had played that role, it might not have broken my heart so much or made me feel so sorry for him and so sad.
there’s just something sorrowful about actor park jihoon’s eyes, even naturally, and he has this somewhat fragile image to him, someone you just want to protect. so seeing someone like him take on that role made it hit even harder. it made me want to protect him even more.
it really hurt my heart. and in those scenes where actor yoo haejin and actor park jihoon were being all cute and affectionate with each other, i actually cried because of how warm and tender they were. and then, at the very end, the ending... i still remember it so clearly. i cried my eyes out like crazy. i completely lost it back then and just started bawling my eyes out.
i was genuinely so sad. but the friend who went with me was like, ‘why are you being so dramatic? i dont think it was that sad.’ i wasn’t just shedding a few tears, you know. i was literally sobbing uncontrollably right there. i was crying like, ‘waahh haah hahh,’ and my friend was looking at me like, ‘was it really that sad?’ i guess it hits people differently, especially since we already know how the story ends. but for me, it really hit hard. that’s the kind of impression it left on me. i also really enjoyed watching this one. there’s a reason it became a 10 million viewer movie, after all.”
AKSJSKSHJSJSJSJSKS 😭😭😭😭
I don’t care for this guy but can we PLEASE focus on appreciating the last drama Ahn Panseok made before his death? Don’t watch it if you really hate this actor then, but the fact that ALL i see about Between Steps is just shittalking this fuckass guy is so frustrating.
