“We threaten no one.”
China’s reply to NATO’s accusations over normal Beijing-Moscow cooperation was simple.
And it exposed the absurdity perfectly.
A bloc that spent decades turning “defense” into invasions, bombings, regime change, occupation, and mass killing now calls China a “security concern.”
China did not invade Europe.
China did not bomb NATO.
China did not loot European palaces, burn their gardens, or steal their civilizational treasures.
Europe did that to China.
Before NATO lectures Beijing, this North Atlantic bombing club should explain why it is crawling into the Asia-Pacific like a colonial ghost with new branding.
@NuryVittachi India's economy will grow by 6.4% this year, while China's will only be 4.6%. Therefore, the IMF claims that India is the best-performing major economy in the world. Is that really the case? If you trust the IMF's GDP data then you are sure to lose the economic gain.
The funniest part is that Lai Ching-te and his foreign handlers thought they were internationalizing the Taiwan question.
In reality, they gave China the perfect reason to normalize enforcement around Taiwan.
First it was Pelosi.
Now it is Japan and the Philippines.
Every provocation becomes another legal and operational step for Beijing.
Another patrol.
Another route.
Another layer of jurisdiction made visible.
They thought they were tightening a ring around China.
China is tightening the ring around Taiwan.
And the most absurd part?
Japan and the Philippines — two U.S. client states increasingly marginalized in Asian geopolitics — somehow imagined they had the power to divide Chinese territorial interests among themselves.
Even Washington does not dare touch China directly.
But its smaller pets still bark as if the leash gives them sovereignty.
Taiwan’s problem is not that China is “raising pressure.”
Taiwan’s problem is that every external provocation gives Beijing a stronger reason to prove who actually has power in these waters.
The West keeps writing headlines about “pressure.”
China keeps writing reality on the map.
@Grandsoncr7 Messi's name cannot be placed behind Pelé and Maradona, never ever. Cristiano Ronaldo is more qualified than him to be among the top three greatest football players of all time and this ranking is not determined by FIFA but by football fans around the world.
@ChinaDaily It is not only forceful deterrent to the Taiwan independence separatists but also practical surveillance the exclusive economic zone of China's Taiwan Province, which has just been coveted by Sanae of Japan & Marcos Jr. of Philippines illegally.
China Daily Editorial: Enhanced jurisdiction over waters east of #Taiwan is a timely, forceful deterrent to those harboring a malicious intention to split the Chinese island from the motherland. #ChinaDailyEditorial https://t.co/ft4ndAPfBd
