@newcincinnatus@BioavailableNd 14% likely isn't going to be a deal breaker in either direction. A slight decrease of FSH could indicate sertoli cell activity and spermatogenesis are both in good condition, resulting in negative feedback to the pituitary, which decreases the output of FSH a bit.
@sbskfk_@MohammedAlo If you're experiencing significant hair loss, a monotherapy of minoxidil isnt going to win the battle against any sort of androgenic alopecia.
@sama hardly a feature and more of a change, but being able to see the transcript while still having the conversation with chatgpt voicemode, would be nice. even if its a message or 2 behind due to generation, its nice for recall on complicated topics.
@BioLayne Hope you never let the "wow ur so mean" comments let you shy away from the way you engage with stuff.
So many of us are silently appreciating what you are doing
This is largely very expensive snake oil made up of ingredients that lack scientific evidence.
Biopeptide-5: Probably the only ingredient here that has any hint of evidence that it's efficacious. However, it loses to 5% Minoxidil which is a far more common and far less expensive hair growth treatment.
Bioactive Keratin Ferment: Just 0 research to find that this helps hair regrowth.
Fermented Rice Powder: Again, basically 0 evidence this actually works, and the little suggestive evidence available loses to the efficacy of Minoxidil/5AR inhibitors.
Biotin: A common vitamin, often cited to support growth of hair and nails. However, unless you're deficient in this vitamin, taking more of it does NOT seem to support growth at all. And if this is something you worry about, I suggest taking an oral vitamin B supplement. It penetrating your scalp and supporting growth is far less likely, which this product is claiming to do.
Rose Extract: No data to suggest this promotes hair growth in humans.
Ginger Extract: Mixed data, some suggests it actually inhibits hair growth, while other data suggests the increased blood flow could help, but again 0 actual good data on this.
HOWEVER
If you are worried about your hair, I recommend seeing a doctor.
As I mentioned throughout the text, Minoxidil is a treatment widely used for promoting hair growth, and is not only far more effective than the snake oil mixture, but also far cheaper for you to buy.
And if you suffer from DHT-sensitive induced androgenic alopecia, inhibiting the conversion of testosterone into DHT can effectively halt your hair loss. (Finasteride / Dutasteride)
Does hair loss medication cause depression? In a recent @BBC article by @michroberts@natwright81 & @Eley90 many strong claims are made about hair loss medication, side effects, and the underlying biological mechanisms.
I wrote a response that grounds these claims in existing scientific evidence, and debunks them where there is none.
@BioLayne Maybe try changing the ringtone to be that of an alarm clock? think we can subconsciously drown up "tunes" but alarm clocks almost drilled into us to be of importance and "wake up" time
@aarondfrancis Lift heavy and build lean mass to prepare for age related atrophy.
Eat more protein: 1g/lb bodyweight.
Steady state zone 2 cardio 30-60min a day.
Try to eat healthier homecooked meals, on a varied diet to hit micronutrients.
Sleep 8 hours.
Try to manage stress.
@AviBittMD Reducing exercise to just weight loss, ignoring the neuroprotective benefits, sense of accomplishments etc.
And further promoting the idea a diet is a 6 month fad like keto, instead of simply eating maintenance calories and adjusting for deficiencies via bloodwork.

Such a wild attitude to have towards your playerbase after they had to deal with pluggers, cheaters, savescummers and more throughout the entire tekken 7 lifespan without you lifting as much as a finger to fix it.
I didnβt believe some people would be stupid enough to think the only BAN system is an excel sheet. Then I remembered twitter, and followed up with another post. Alas, again someone on Reddit preaching to everyone that it is done on a single excel file π
