Your customer service don't have a single information on the service.
Worst service you are providing. That to when I had renewed the GOLD AMC just 6 days ago.

@badebhaiya84 sir deeply anguished while writing ths, with all trust in the name of Agarwal Packers,have given a contract for my household shifting with insurance, but when i received my stuff at destination only to noticed that my brand new fridge has been dented sidewis 1/3

to make it more frustrating DRS india had settled the claim with paltry amount of 2K only. Whereas the cost of my fridge is 55K & insurance taken was of 40k fr fridge alone.
samsung hav denied warranty fr all possible future issues due to these dents. 2/3

@Freecharge ticket no 3362909 and 3382045 ...no resolution from 1st march till date. What's wrong with u guys ?? Tremendous irregularities in freecharge paylater statement. Kinda fraud??

@AxisBankSupport m holding flipkart axis bank credit card from last 1 year and also paying its annual fee but now u, @AxisBank providing same card which is lifetime free...this is not done. Pls make my card free too. Or else i need to discontinue your service.

@Freecharge I guess this issue will never get resolved , now it is affecting my CIBIL score and for that sake i will pay the billed amount though it is incorrect. At least arrange for waiver of late charges.
