@TLRailUK@TweetingCollins It’s one thing when there is disruption due to something going wrong. But @TLRailUK go out of their way to make large numbers of their customers suffer more than necessary.
Only train running out of London for 45 minutes and @TLRailUK drop stops at Harpenden as well as other stations north of Luton. @TweetingCollins Thameslink abandoning Hpd again
@TLRailUK@TweetingCollins There is still time to reinstate the stops on the 1716 from ZFD. There is no justification for running a service fast when there isn’t another one directly behind.
@TLRailUK@TweetingCollins That’s great. What about people wanting the 1716. But you’ve chosen to run that fast and abandon people who aren’t going to your favourite stations. So @TLRailUK thinks it acceptable for people to be unnecessarily delayed for 75 minutes.
Hi @TLRailUK
Please can you justify the website saying you’re running a good service with the fact there are no services running north of St Albans until 20:51 as you’ve cancelled services due to planning errors?
So once again @TLRailUK demonstrates passenger interest come bottom of the pile. Train stopped for 90 minutes due to signal or points problems (they weren’t very clear which) then make it all stops to see if you can delay everyone by 2 hours.
@TLRailUK when will you finally install e ticket readers at Farringdon? The queues to get in and out of the station are horrendous as you need to find gate staff to open gate and scan your ticket with a handheld device! Today I missed my train as a result @HPDCommuters
So train is delayed… and you remove key stops thereby delaying people trying to just get home even further. Then next Bedford train is all stations. @HPDCommuters
@TLRailUK you have cancelled the 21.46 Farringdon to Bedford train. Why can’t you run even the small fraction of trains that are meant to be running? @HPDCommuters
Hi @TLRailUK. Running fewer services does NOT help passengers. Please run as many services as you can and keep journey planners up to date. Or is this just a ploy to avoid paying compensation for people still paying full ticket prices for a reduced service? @BimAfolami@LouHaigh
Hey @TLRailUK can you let us know why the fast services at 17.36; 17.56 and 18:11 from St Pancras are all cancelled? A 60% cancellation rate at the peak of the evening rush hour? Can we have a 60% discount on our fares? #JustNotGoodEnough@BimAfolami@transportgovuk
@christianwolmar @LNER First train from Harpenden to London wasn’t until 0750 and @TLRailUK only ran an 8 carriage service. Loads of people unable to board.
Not only were people left on the platform after the the 0750, even the next train couldn’t accommodate people trying to get to work to earn the money to pay @TLRailUK rail fares
Its very sad that someone was hit by a train near Gatwick, but all these hours later why is @TLRailUK still only running slow services on part of the route? You could have split the route to provide a service to the northern route like previous operators did.
.@TLRailUK please can you explain why again tonight you are axing trains stopping at Harpenden? As you can see the 17.36 was pretty much on time… the next schedule train is 10 minutes delayed. EMT run trains that run fast to Luton and Bedford. @BimAfolami@transportgovuk
.@TLRailUK Please can you explain why problem with the power lines at Stevenage mean multiple successive trains calling at #Harpenden are cancelled? @BimAfolami
@TLRailUK@HPDCommuters 2. Things. 1. Overhead wires are in stevenage and not on our line. 2. The driver has come on an said it’s a “minor incident” on our train so nothing on overhead wires and no proper updates and we are stuck in sidelines wondering when we will move. @BBCTomEdwards
