Did you attend your local PIP Meeting this Month? Last night NW PIP Officers talked about Flock cameras. What is a Flock camera? It’s an Automatic License Plate Reader. We learned there are 1600 fixed cameras in Hou. They read the license plates including paper tags in real time.
