It is clear elected Democrats use legislation as a legal bribe for voters to regular fund and create programs making it easy to commit fraud and embezzlement in the hundreds of billions of dollars and send it abroad with fewer impediments. The amounts of public funds lost to corruption is so immense in the hundreds of billions that incompetence was built into the legislation allowing crime for votes.

Public schools are increasingly becoming a scam requiring criminal investigation. There is such a thing as “degree mills”and phony degrees. How can it be legal for 50% or more students to graduate high school reading at the fourth or fifth grade level, usually in Democrat governed states and cities. It means there is no teaching, only an expensive baby sitting public service masquerading as a school.
