Flashback to the weekend and the adventure that can be found on the doorstep... cover of darkness brings something a little bit extra to these local excursions
Fine day for a swim. Socially distancing in the water. New timeslots have been released along with SUP and kayak sessions. Limited availability , but if advertised SUP/kayak slots don't work then get in touch. For those travelling <5miles. No toilets or changing available.
It's been a while since I was at school but I'm pretty sure 1 day out of 5 works out at 20%. After 12 weeks of zero direct contact it doesn't seem enough @PerthHighSchool@JohnSwinney

Open for individuals water only access, if you live <5miles.
Thank you so much @scottishcanoe for all the work that has gone into digesting government guidelines. We love this infographic! To book slots https://t.co/qYMVXyS8vu @GlasgowTriClub@scottishtri@ScottishSwim
@PerthHighSchool Thanks! Got it.... but now not sure how to download the word documents. The response seems to be to print it out, write on it, and send a photo back. We don't have a printer. Can the tasks be completed electronically?
In Glasgow and ready to cheer on @jowhiley @revkatebottley @richie_anderson?
Between 12:40 – 1:10 the team will swim at Pinkston Watersports Centre, Canal Bank St, before cycling at the same location between 1:45 and 3pm. They will then run to George Square 4:45 -5:30!
