@AmericanAir My mom had a heart attack and I needed to change one leg of a flight. In order to do so I have to pay the fare difference on both legs despite the latter not changing. I don't understand how this isn't THEFT. AND I am losing the money I paid for Main Plus.

@SouthwestAir tonight our flight was delayed more than an hour for multiple reasons - including crew availability, "paperwork," then waiting on passengers bags being transferred for people who had caught an earlier flight, then figuring out weight after we'd already been sitting

@SouthwestAir I was on SW Flight 2257 last night from AUS. We boarded and sat on a plane with no AC for 45 minutes. The flight was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. We were put on a later flight that didn't arrive in DAL until 11 pm (4 hours late). Please compensate me. Thx

@lufthansa my bag has been lost for 3 days. It's in Frankfurt airport, terminal 1. This is beyond incompetent and negligent. I only brought a few days supply of meds in my carry on. My large bottle is in my checked bag. I have epilepsy and need it.
