@Uber_Support Sharing the picture of My Cab which I booked. It was showing 5 mins at time of booking and now showing 25 mins. The guy is not cancelling and not coming. This is the exact way UBER works now!!
@abhishe71299818 @ZoomCarIndia They delayed but they refunded. If they would have not I would have agreed with your statement. May be they are going through rough times during Pandemic. But yes there response to customer is pretty bad!!
@ZoomCarIndia My ID JPS6N5QWC. I booked Car & had to cancel due to change in pick up location by u which was quite far away. my plan went for a toss. total amt paid was Rs 3895. Since u delayed refund 4 more than 3 months, I expect u to help me one day car booking for Rs 3895. Let me know.thnx

@ZoomCarIndia The only freedom is Zoom Car will loot your money. Be aware there can be bigger scam coming which probably Zoom Car is planning to do with its customers!! More than 60 days and no refund yet!!
