In entry gate guard is just sitting having no communication system( walky talky, intercom) to contact each other in case of emergency.

Pl clarify this matter so that the innocent buyers like us are no longer harassed by these builders with such huge maintenance.

@dtcphry @kMakrandIAS, @cmohry Sir,U hd assured on 29.04.22 to issue order on free maintenance for 5 yrs as per AHP '13. So far no order & reply of Federation mail-9.5.22 despite 3 reminders. Creating suspicioun in buyers as no appointment too allowed despite repeated efforts.

3. Fault has to be repaired faster.
3. During inter-ruptions, builder should provide power through generators.
