This website is based on the technology developed by Facebook and Instagram's Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII) Pilot and is designed to assist victims of NCII abuse.

The Revenge Porn Helpline's https://t.co/Kyn43bzjJm uses a unique hashing approach to produce a digital fingerprint for detecting and eliminating duplicate photos.

Since 2015, the organisation has provided internet protection to collaborating firms, with a 90% eradication rate.

Choose which ‘deepfake’ photos or videos from your smartphone to hash. https://t.co/Kyn43bzjJm generates a digital fingerprint known as a 'hash' for each piece of material.

The hash is sent to https://t.co/Kyn43bzjJm, but the associated image or video remains on your device. A case number is provided to verify your status, but it is not recoverable.

Further, participating companies will look for hash matches and remove those who violate their policy on intimate image abuse. Using your case number, you can check the status of your case or remove your involvement.

“This platform empowers people around the globe to proactively thwart the non-consensual sharing of their intimate images on participating tech companies’ platforms, giving victims more control and security over their images,” Meta stated.
