After escalation attended my previos request, internet was working for 14- 15 hrs, later it again stopped working. The biggest problem is after raising #ServiceRequest SR00003AWT25, I cannot call them back.

@JioCare Shared required details. Even the new service request CO0001TDZ0YB, which was scheduled to be serviced by 11:30 today has no update. @Jio #customerservice team is trained to escalate the matter and say, "I'm sorry for the trouble, you're facing". Expect no resolution from them.
