@AirCanada can you please resolve this? We cannot take a 35 hr flight to London with 2 stopovers with our 7 month old infant. She had enough drama in tonight’s flight to London.
@AirCanada what’s going on?!?? We had booked a vacation flight to London Heathrow for Mar 20 with you. Given these circumstances at LHR, we understand that you are not responsible for what happened. But rebooking us with a travel time of 35 hrs instead of a nonstop 7 hr flight ?!
You can see the passenger list and that we were travelling with a 7 month old infant!
At 11am we received your email that we were rebooked on a mar 23 flight to lhr for the similar flight as the one for mar 20. Now at 2pm I receive an email with an updated 35 hr itinerary?!
@EllieMBond@AirCanada We did. The wait time is long. We were rebooked on a Mar 23rd 7 hr nonstop flight which we were ok with. Now suddenly received an email with the 35hr itinerary leaving tonight.

idea: a gameshow called Imposter Syndrome where you take 10 senior developers and tell them that one of them is actually just a sales guy who's been taught to say DevOps buzzwords. to win, they have to figure out who the fake dev is. the trick: there is no sales guy
