ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਝੂਠ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ!
DA ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਕੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਪ ਕੋਰਟ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਬਾਰੇ ਗਲਤ ਡਾਟਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦੇ ਗਲਤ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਕਲਰਕ ਤੇ ਕਾਂਸਟੇਬਲ ਦੀ ਬੇਸਿਕ ਤਨਖਾਹ 19900 ਰੁਪਏ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 3 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਬੇਸ਼ਨ ਪੀਰੀਅਡ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡੀਏ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਹੋ ਭੱਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਜਦਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ 60 ਫੀਸਦ DA ਸਣੇ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਡੀਏ ਵਿੱਚ 18 ਫੀਸਦ ਦਾ ਫਰਕ ਹੈ। 'ਬਦਲਾਅ' ਦਾ ਨਾਅਰਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸੱਤਾ 'ਚ ਆਈ ਝਾੜੂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਦਾਲਤ 'ਚ ਗਲਤ ਡਾਟਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਧ੍ਰੋਹ ਕਮਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

PSSSB ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ’ਚੋਂ Application No. ਅਤੇ DOB ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ OMR download ਕਰਨ ਲਈ OTP ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੀ OMR ਨਾ download ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।
ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਲੀਕ/ਨਕਲ ਫੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਗੁੰਜਾਇਸ਼ ਹੀ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਰਡ ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
