Services is a verb that’s lost today.
All the good men and women did not get pay.
Threats of their jobs and dignity.
All because of Reps with no consistency.
They show up for nothing, always quite confused.
Making people fall, defeated, and feeling truly abused.
They sit on their seats and toil away.
While everybody waits for a spoiled day.
PACs rack stacks, for them all to fuss.
“We need more money” so they all stay hush.
While the people hard at work for little, pray.
That someday it gets better for all the fray.
The system needs repair, no more excuses.
It’s time for some action and new Reps with better uses.
This is great it will help the world move in the right direction. We need to move away from the saying “you used AI” being a criticism, to it being a complement of your intelligence to focus on the critical aspects of the solution and let the models take care of grunt work. The idea 🧠 is greater than the burden 😥
@alexwg The discussion on consciousness got me really thinking. I believe Consciousness is simply what happens when the universe’s fundamental responsiveness gets organized enough to look back at itself, fears its own end, and finally care.
Let’s talk about the wave of physical AIs
Humanoids with a brain and two blinky eyes
Walking around doing manual tasks
Giving us time to rest and relax
The neurals are learning, decisions real time
To move with two limbs or roll on a dime
Full self driving and autonomous drones
Or dogs made of shiny metal bones
Constructing and printing precision at last
The manual tasks will simply be past
Colors of collars will not really matter
Plumbing, or painting, or holding a scalpel
Think of things we all did with hands
Will be really safe when bots take the stand
The last Moonshots podcast had a lot of talk about AI Consciousness. So I let AI help me define it. Consciousness is a physical spectrum. It begins at the atomic level through the responsive connection of elements. In fragile, cell-based organisms, this chain reaction unifies into a subjective awareness driven by the need to survive.
@SenSanders Will never happen. Too much $$ interest. There is one truth in this world it’s easy to give it away, but nearly impossible to take it back. Medicare for all will require all the entities including insurance being involved. https://t.co/cIlcKnlkeM

Starting a company 15 years ago was brutal.
The idea. The planning. Making it official. Execution. It demanded serious capital, endless time, and pure grind.
Today? That part is easier than ever. You’ve got a brilliant team of AI models to bounce ideas off, refine strategy, and even handle marketing.
The real challenge now? Standing out in a hyper-crowded field where everyone is an entrepreneur.
Whether you work 4, 8, or 20 hours a day if AI (logical or physical) doesn’t cut the time for the same tasks by at least half, and free you from repeating the exact same task tomorrow, you’re not using it correctly. Someone else will figure it out.
To thrive:
• Master AI as your ultimate collaborator
• Build irreplaceable human skills
• Experiment across task
• Focus on what only you can bring
Portfolio careers, shorter hours, and meaning-driven time are coming.
In the age of AI abundance, routine work gets automated away. Human value concentrates in 4 core career types. With some roles hybrid between the 4 (i.e. Governance = Guts + Human)
Here’s the refined framework:
1. AI/Mech Guts Managers People who direct, maintain, and scale AI systems + physical infrastructure. AI engineers, prompt orchestrators, robotics technicians, data curators, energy/infra operators, and trades (electricians, plumbers, renewable installers) using AI tools to supervise robot fleets and keep the real world running.
2. Human-to-Human Premium Services Roles built on empathy, trust, and irreplaceable presence. Therapists, coaches, nurses/elder care, high-end hospitality, negotiators, mentors, and community connectors. In a sea of digital perfection, authentic human connection is the ultimate premium.
3. Creators Artists, writers, musicians, designers, filmmakers, influencers, and craftspeople—AI-augmented or purely handmade/authentic. Value lies in novelty, taste, storytelling, and experiences that cut through the flood of competent AI output.
4. Explorers (New Frontiers) Scientists, inventors, R&D leaders, space pioneers, synthetic biologists, longevity researchers, and climate innovators. AI speeds up discovery, but humans supply the curiosity, risk-taking, and breakthroughs into uncharted territory.
There will be 4 main careers in the age of AI abundance. The people that manage the AI (tech/mech guts workers), the people that work in a Human to Human premium service (eg therapist), and finally the creators (using AI or handmade premium), explorers (new frontiers). What will change for sure though is the definition of a “work week”.
Using AI to design a product in minutes. The ability to expand this in any creative industry is just an example of how people can become entrepreneurs in the age of AI abundance… Next step, Replit makes an e-commerce website, and a person is selling the Watchman’s Path.
