@optimum still waiting over 2 days for initial install as 1st person never arrived and then next person installed incorrectly. New setup time scheduled a week from now even though I see openings online (but it won’t allow me to modify). May just cancel service

@optimum new home install failed again. Needed outdoor conduit wire connected. Tech didn’t show yesterday. Had to call several times today to get it done. Today, dug and connected to wrong house. May go with different provider. Awful

@AirbnbHelp still haven’t been refunded and it has been 3 weeks since the host cancelled. Contacted customer service at the time and they advised me they would process the refund immediately. Honestly will never use your service again
