after months of tuning my claude setup, it finally clicked. top model decides, runner up ponders, cheap model grinds, secondary providers take overflow/counsel.

over 70% of my usage runs on subagents now and my main context never bloats. Fable available all week.

comment "loop" and I'll DM you the CLAUDE.md snippet. not selling anything BTW, your feedback is all I'm after

I work in bursts and I can only do proper work in the flow. 1 hour of flow is worth 1 day with no flow. so I tend to suck at staying consistent. before AI it was chaos, regret, constant struggle against my brain's nature. with AI, it feels like an advantage because it barely makes sense to do anything manually anymore and, token limits!
