ICE arrested Jose Jairo Rivas-Santiago, a Honduran national and suspected MS-13 gang associate convicted of murder and armed robbery, upon his release from the Virginia Department of Corrections.

🔎In 2019, HSI special agents arrested Rivas-Santiago on charges of armed robbery and conspiracy related to an MS-13 gang murder and turned him over to the Richmond City Police Department for prosecution. Two years later, he was found guilty and sentenced to prison.

This murderer was prevented from returning to a U.S. neighborhood because the state’s correctional facility honored our immigration detainer.

🚨Recidivist sex offender charged with CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING following an @HSIMaryland and Baltimore City Police Department investigation

According to an indictment, Lorenzo Turner, a U.S. citizen living in Washington D.C. and registered sex offender:

➡️Enticed, harbored and transported one child victim to engage in commercial sex acts
➡️ Sex trafficked a second child

If convicted, Turner faces the possibility of life in prison.

CHILD PREDATOR WANTED🚨

Ricardo Vega is a citizen of Mexico wanted for contacting underage girls online, sending them sexually abusive videos and images, and instructing them to reproduce the explicit material using themselves or their younger siblings.

He also actively exchanged child sexual abuse photos and videos in several online chat rooms frequented by child predators.

He was last seen in Chicago.

NEW: DHS and DOT have announced they've identified 75 entry level truck driver CDL schools across the US that are suspected of fraudulently helping non-citizen drivers qualify for CDLs, and the agencies are partnering to investigate them, with HSI and DOT already visiting some of the schools to probe them. Some of the schools are suspected of falsifying training records, providing improper certifications, and failing to properly train the drivers.

Statements via DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin & DOT Secretary Sean Duffy:

“Too many American lives have been lost in completely avoidable accidents because illegal aliens have been granted commercial driver’s licenses to drive trucks and 18-wheelers on America’s roadways,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “DHS law enforcement is partnering with the Department of Transportation to eliminate CDL fraud, strengthen the integrity of the CDL system, and investigate commercial driver’s license schools throughout the country. This is a whole of government approach, to keep America’s roads safe.”

“USDOT has spent the last year rooting out bad actors from our trucking industry,” said U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy. “We've knocked over 24,000 drivers off our roads for failing to speak English, forced states to cancel over 28,000 licenses illegally issued to foreign drivers, and purged over 9,500 unqualified training schools from our FMCSA registry. DHS will be a force multiplier of our efforts to clean up America's roads. President Trump is using every lever at his disposal to ensure the safety of American families.”

An @HSI_HQ investigation found that Camilo Campos-Hurtado, from Mexico, sexually abused children and recorded the assaults while working as a soccer coach. This pedophile has plead guilty to his crimes and will now be behind bars for 30 years.

The men and women of our law enforcement will continue protecting innocent children and getting sickos like this off our streets.

These infamous brothers, known as “Los Chapitos,” inherited drug trafficking networks from their notorious father Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman Loera.

Ivan Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar and Jesus Alfredo Guzmán Salazar remain at large, and there is a $10 million reward for information leading to their arrest and conviction.
