I testified about this Wednesday relating to the NFL and the new Bills stadium, but I think there’s a public interest argument that when you use taxpayer funded venues for sports events — stadiums, in this case the White House — that the event should be on broadcast TV for free.
This UFC flyover at the White House is badass. I just wish they had put the entire event for free on CBS so it wasn’t behind a paywall. Would have liked the largest possible audience to be able to see this live.
Susan and I are proud to commit $6.25 billion to give 25 million American children a real head start. 🇺🇸
$250 into their @InvestAmerica24@TrumpAccounts compounding in the stock market, owned by them. 📈
From my dorm-room start with $1,000 to building opportunity for the next generation. 🚀
Every child deserves skin in the game. 👶

i came to the conclusion that this story is so awful that we have no way to punish it. to commit to an appropriate measure of justice is beyond our willingness to do it.
Česká reprezentace, která během základní skupiny pobývá v texaském městě Fort Worth, přijala pozvání městské samosprávy k návštěvě místní čtvrti Stockyards. 🇺🇸
In the late seventies I crossed the Atlantic on the QE2. I went First Class, which I paid for with my first real paycheck. We had a mandatory dress code for dinner. Black Tie and commensurate formal wear for the ladies. It was one of my favorite memories.
The chairman of the party should not be insulting the intelligence of Republican voters. A debate was promised and these ridiculous criteria are being used to renege on that promise and to engineer a preferred outcome.
Why not just take 90 minutes, find a tv partner, and let the candidates mix it up?
The only reason why you wouldn’t is if the party hierarchy is serving outside interests instead of the best interests of the voters.
If you taxed 100% of Elon’s net worth, confiscated every penny, you could fund the current US government for about… 49 days.
We don’t have a revenue problem.
We have a welfare spending problem.
Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine.
In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted.

Doesn't this exemplify what the Democratic Party has become? For them there is no democracy: it's "our way or the highway" and if you don't agree with us, you're 100% wrong. It's elitist. It's also not what the Democratic Party once was. It's why there are so many secret Republicans and Independents afraid to speak up (or vote) differently because they're instantly chastised.
Sports is about community, togetherness, and celebration of excellence. No matter who you are or what you believe politically, leave that at the door when it comes to the World Cup. You could be a Progressive, watching the game at the bar next to someone who is extremely Conservative, and you would never know because you're drinking beers and fist bumping over a goal. And that's a beautiful thing. Because we're more alike than we think. We need to focus on ways to inspire unity rather than continuing to focus on divisiveness, like Becerra wants. What a strange thing to promote in 2026.
Dear Senator Cornyn,
I approached you respectfully at the airport, extending my hand & introducing myself.
We were at the ticket gate with literally dozens of witnesses — passengers inches away.
Despite a quib reply back from you, I kept things professional & focused on the SAVE America Act.
While I respect that you say you want to ensure wins this November, I speak for millions when I say that voters will be more likely to vote upon the passage of the SAVE America Act.
Voters see what’s happening in California & wonder why our Senate isn’t doing everything in its power to secure our elections.
Did you know that former Congresswoman Michelle Steel (R-CA) lost by 653 votes in 2024? Did you know that former Congressman John Duarte (R-CA) lost by 187 votes?
I have no doubt that the SAVE America Act would have prevented these losses.
Why are we normalizing an expectation for California to count votes for weeks after Election Day — like Spencer Pratt’s election.
In North Carolina, the State Board of Elections found 34,000 dead voters on the voter rolls — fact-check me. (CC: Senator Tillis)
How can Americans have confidence in our elections & how are Americans going to be inspired to vote if you don’t legislate as the majority?
Last — & I mean this with the utmost of respect — for the $150 million that was spent on the Texas Senate primary/runoff,
we could have built massive voter registration/get out the vote operations in every single swing state.
While I understand it might be difficult to contemplate an American citizen doing this work because it’s the right thing to do, I’m proud to say that I don’t take PAC $ — not even from my own organization.
I can’t be bought, which frustrates the political establishment.
My one singular mission is doing right by the American people and delivering legislative wins that the popular vote delivered in 2024.
I’m on the way to the Texas GOP Convention to help ensure all of our Republican candidates win this November — I hope you’ll do the same.
I hope you’ll do the right thing & encourage your colleagues to pass the SAVE America Act — let’s win big.
The Committee of Five—John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Robert Livingston, and Roger Sherman—was appointed to draft the Declaration of Independence 250 years ago today.
Jefferson's draft of the document is here at the Library, and will be featured in a new exhibition opening July 3.
Former Fed Chairman Jerome Powell was a complete disaster financially for the Fed. His strategy resulted in over $200 billion in losses for the Fed.
Never in the history of the Fed have they lost so much money. The Fed used to be profitable every year, and by federal law sent those profits to the US Treasury.
