@MercifulMessage The word wateen is used in authentic Hadiths about this such as Musnad Ahmad (Narration #26446) has the phrase “As if my aorta (wateen) is being cut” while Buhkari did use abharī there are other authentic Hadiths using wateen, and abharī can mean aorta, it does in context here.
