Update: @Iberia sent a DM promising a solution 'within the next few hours.' That was THREE DAYS ago. They are now ignoring DMs again. Don't let their public 'we are helping' tweets fool you-they are just stalling. Still waiting for an actual fix. #CustomerServiceFail
Extremely disappointed with @iberia@Iberia_en. Support engaged me here, but the second the issue required actual effort, they completely ghosted me. 3 days of absolute silence. Is forcing passengers to beg publicly the standard process for your support team? Please escalate and DM me immediately
@Iberia, what's the point of paying for seat selection when I can't select a seat? I've waited 4 days now. Called 3 times to your support team. I even drove 2 hours to the airport after Support told me they could help me there, only to be denied. Called again only for them to say the same thing. Wait 24-48 hours and try again.

@Airport_FRA My guess is because you've hired incompetent people to run your airport. Customer service is non existent. They just want to scroll on their phones and not help anyone. They just sit there to collect a check.
