I couldn’t agree more! This software has caused me unnecessary stress, added massively to my workload, essentially changed my job description, and I’m no longer allowed to monitor my unrestricted facility accounts as I’m not a financial manager. This can’t continue….
So in general I try to stay positive and be a team player on Twitter but wanted to call out a problem here @EdinburghUni with the new "People and Money" software that is really hampering research and shifting huge administrative burden onto scientists. 1/5
Our 150th nCounter cartridge of the year is scanning 🥳. Last year we beat our own goal of 100, and @nanostringtech challenged us to 150…we were just 6 short 😒. I’m always one to rise to a challenge and won’t be beaten! It’s only October…can we make it to 200 🤔
@EdinCRC scientists contributed to a @Nature study describing a novel approach for mapping cell states, modelling cell state transitions and predicting targeted interventions to convert cell fate decisions. Read a lay audience summary on our website: https://t.co/dCrDsyzGzB
It's been a very busy #spatialbiology week, starting with an excellent @SpatialOmicsEdi workshop, and ending with this beautiful staining 😍! This is a human Undifferentiated Pleomorphic Sarcoma PDX stained for Vimentin, with surrounding mouse tissue @nanostringtech #GeoMx
