@LeShuttle How come we can't log in through your app but we can online? We have cleared cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled but nothing works. This is on multiple phones and it just hangs for a very long time before it eventually gives a server error.
@giffgaff Is there any particular reason why you don't let your customers log on to their accounts abroad? How are we supposed to buy more data/goodybags when we run out? Yes, I know how to use a VPN but that still seems stupid to have to do in order to access your account.
