@EverdragonsDApp I don't say there might be better alternatives in the future. My point was only that there's actual value created and to date there's no better way of creating equal value.
@EverdragonsDApp I don't know of any consensus algorithm that can create a safety even close to POW. Like even if all miners would want to alter the state of the network. There are no scenarios that there's a reasonable incentive to do so.
@AriannaSimpson You seem to not know the right people. There are a few people that I barely know but I see a spark inside them they don't see yet. I come back from time to time to inform myself about how they do. I genuinely care about their life's. Believe it or not.
I’m tired of the “I’m so busy” narrative. We need to stop giving out metaphorical busy gold stars. Having a full schedule doesn’t mean you’re accomplishing more; the best work often happens during unstructured time.
Words that completely lost their value and became red flags for bullshit artists: CEO, influencer, networking, investor, business, meeting, lifestyle,...
@maxliesegang @zkmkarlsruhe Recently listened to a good podcast about that topic. It was also about how to do altruism most effectively https://t.co/CLtfgXgR8f

"When you're young, you have time, you have health, but you have no money. When you're middle aged, you have money, you have health, but you have no time. When you're old, you have money, you have time, but you have no health. The trifecta is trying to get all 3 at once." @naval

The secret to getting off of calls you don't want to be on is to hang up in the middle of your own sentence. Only a maniac would hang up on themselves, so you must have gotten disconnected.
When building habits, choose consistency over content.
The best book is the one you can’t put down.
The best exercise is the one you enjoy doing every day.
The best health food is the one you find tasty.
The best work is the work you’d do for free.
Wow, 100 Mbps connections coming to mobile with the 5G announcement. Huge portions of the world will have faster Internet on their phones before their laptops.
I bet recruiters simply writing "Hello how you doing?" would be a more successful strategy than offering all these once in a lifetime opportunities and challenges. I mean the number of challenges increases with the shittyness of a company. That's no selling point.
