@MarkMooch @NICEComms Not all treatments are appropriate for all patients, that's the case in many, many illnesses. But to bar GP's from even discussing it? Not at all helpful when for a sizeable proportion of sufferers it's THE most effective and long lasting cure. What are you defending?
