Dear LLOUD,
I am writing again regarding my order #10753 for the LISA Alter Ego Collectors Edition + Vinyl Record Variant Edition of 777.
The original release date was February 28, 2026. I was later informed that shipping would be delayed until mid-April, but it is now October, and I still have not received my order or any shipping confirmation.
I have sent numerous follow-up emails to LLOUD, but my messages have gone unanswered.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that, based on my discussions with other buyers on Discord and X, everyone I have spoken to who purchased this vinyl is still waiting for their order. This does not appear to be an isolated case.
We are among Lisa's most dedicated fans, and we were willing to spend a significant amount of money to purchase this limited edition of only 777 sets. We purchased it to support Lisa and her merchandise, yet months later, we are still left waiting without clear answers or any meaningful communication.
It is deeply disappointing to see a limited-edition product remain unfulfilled for so long, especially when customers have repeatedly tried to contact customer support and received no response.
Please confirm the following:
Is my order #10753 secured, with a unit reserved for me?
What is the specific shipping date for my order?
Why have my previous emails gone unanswered?
I understand that delays can happen, but after waiting for months beyond the promised timeline, I need more than another apology or an indefinite estimate.
Please acknowledge this email and provide a clear, substantive response regarding my order. I have been patient for long enough and deserve to know when I will receive the product I paid for.
Many of us are emotionally exhausted by this entire situation. We supported this limited-edition release because of our love for Lisa, and we were willing to spend a significant amount of money to own this special piece of her merchandise.
However, after months of waiting, repeated unanswered emails, and no confirmed shipping date, it is becoming increasingly difficult to feel that our trust as customers has been respected.
Until we receive the vinyl we paid for, it is hard not to feel that our money has simply been taken without receiving anything in return.
If this situation remains unresolved, many of us will no longer feel comfortable supporting future merchandise releases or spending money on anything associated with LLOUD.
What hurts even more is that this experience is making us feel that we have to put away the love and enthusiasm we have for Lisa. We never expected supporting someone we love to become such a frustrating and heartbreaking experience.
We do not want to reach that point. We simply want the vinyl we paid for, honest communication, and a resolution to this situation.
Please understand that your continued silence is not only damaging customers' trust in LLOUD, but also hurting the very fans who have supported Lisa so passionately.
I look forward to your prompt response.

@wearelloud I’m done supporting LLOUD until I receive the vinyl I paid for. No vinyl, no support. I’m not asking for a favor, just the product I purchased. 💀

Your LLOUD is completely unresponsive.
I've left comments under your posts multiple times, but no one cares.
I will stop supporting you.
Until you return my vinyl.

Lisa,
Everyone knows how much I've bought and how much effort I've put in.
I even became a DC administrator for you.
But your team cheated me, scammed me out of my money, and didn't ship my vinyl.
No one who bought the 777 limited edition vinyl has received it.
