It states if I don't make a service request that it will provide full refund of my policy paid

For me that is 4 months in current policy year.

I was paying $83.99/month. When I called they only offered $40 refund.

@AHS_Warranty It doesn't state an administrative fee. Your team willfully ignored and used a horrible attempt at a word salad to avoid the refund & honor YOUR policy. It should have been resolved when I called ... Not after I made a public complaint. Y'all are liars. The complaint will stand.
