An elderly couple who were charged £110 by Ryanair for printing off their boarding passes have said they are “horrified” by the treatment they received from the budget airline https://t.co/yrvMjlzYOL
Hey @Ryanair, my parents who are in their 70s and 80s, had accidentally downloaded the return flight boarding card instead of the outgoing ones and you charged them £110 to print them at the airport. £110 for 2 pieces of paper which took 1 minute. Shame on you
@MailOnline We all hate Ryanair. Because we didn’t pay to choose our seats, they sat our 13 year old daughter by herself for the flight. Shame on you @Ryanair
.@cjsnowdon told @iromg that six months of experience and coronavirus measures mean "we must be better prepared for a second wave, if it comes".
With that in mind, do you think the new measures - including the rule of six - are the right idea?

Why do we humour these hysterical halfwits? By “we” I mean universities, corporations, politicians, police - pretty much everyone, in fact, except the general population.
@GWRHelp you seem to be extorting cash from people who have bought a ticket for a specific train from @thetrainline and saying the ticket isn’t valid! We were then charged another £150. What on earth is going on?!
@GWRHelp@thetrainline We have all bought tickets for 5pm train to Bristol and being told they aren’t valid and if we don’t pay we’ll be arrested. Crazy.
@GWRHelp there are 5 people in 1 carriage who are having the same issue. Someone refusing to pay is being threatened with arrest at Chippenham! Tickets bought through @thetrainline for 5pm train being told they aren’t valid. Absolutely ridiculous.
