🔺حال ہی میں سوشل میڈیا پر ایک کلپ گردش میں ہے جس میں دعویٰ کیا جا رہا ہے کہ یہ انس حقانی اور سراج حقانی کی شمالی وزیرستان میں عید منانے کی ویڈیو ہے۔

▪️اس سلسلے میں گھر کے اندر کا ویڈیو کلپ استعمال کیا گیا ہے جس میں حقانیوں کو کچھ لوگوں سے بات چیت کرتے دیکھا جا سکتا ہے -

▪️اس ویڈیو کو ٹی ٹی پی اور بلوچ دہشت گرد گروپوں سے تعلق اور ہمدردی رکھنے والے صحافیوں نے سب سے پہلے سوشل میڈیا پے ڈالا - اُس کے بعد پی ٹی ایم اور ٹی ٹی پی اکاؤنٹس نے اس کو خوب پھیلایا اور اس پے پاک فوج سے تعلق کا پروپگنڈا شروع کر دیا -

▪️تاہم اس کا حقیقت سے کوئی تعلق نہیں - ویڈیو کو جان بوجھ کر مبہم رکھا گیا ہے تاکہ پاکستان کے اندر ہائی پروفائل دہشت گردوں کی موجودگی کو ثابت کیا جاسکے - اصل میں یہ ویڈیو افغانستان میں ریکارڈ کی گئ ہے۔

▪️ٹی ٹی پی ہمدرد اکاؤنٹس کے ذریعے اس طرح کی ویڈیو کا پھیلاؤ اور ریاست مخالف عناصر کی طرف سے منفی پروپیگنڈے کو آگے بڑھانا نہ صرف ٹی ٹی پی اور اس کے خوارجیوں کی طالبان حکومت کی مضبوط حمایت اور سرپرستی ��و ظاہر کرتا ہے بلکہ پاکستان اور اس کی سیکیورٹی فورسز کے خلاف ایک مربوط پروپیگنڈے کو بھی آشکار کرتا ہے۔

▪️اس حقیقت میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ ٹی ٹی پی لیڈرشپ افغانستان میں موجود ہے اور اس کو افغانستان کی عبوری حکومت کی مکمل حمایت حاصل ہے -

▪️اس طرح کی ویڈیوز پھیلا کر پاکستانی قوم اور مسلح افواج کی ٹی ٹی پی کے دہشت گردوں کے خلاف کاروائیوں کو متاثر نہیں کیا جا سکتا -

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is dispatching a reconnaissance mission from 6-24 May 2024 to develop the scope, coverage, and design of the proposed $400 million Accelerating State Owned Enterprise (SOE) Transformation Programme, a Results-Based Loan (RBL).

• Support the Finance Division’s stakeholder workshops on the application of the SOE (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 and implementation of the SOE (Ownership and Management) Policy, 2023 and sub-policies (workshops to be scheduled during 13-24 May 2024); and discuss and finalize an action plan for TA support to the Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) of the Finance Division (20-24 May 2024).
