Chris Simms cooked ESPN, the SEC, the Republican Party in Texas and the oligarchs with this one.
Bringing Ted Cr*z onto College Gameday is literally one of the worst things I’ve ever seen ESPN do.
@JulieChangRE@CPATaxTeam Hard to fathom each partner signing off on over 1k returns and/or each acct handling over 450 returns/year. Service quality diminishes after 250-300 returns per acct. They are likely outsourcing/offshoring a lot of the work.
I’m enjoying The Lioness but the scene where Two Cups states that some houses are held in S Corps is problematic.
- nobody with any level of sophistication puts real estate inside an S corp.
- it’s not possible to know from property tax records if a corporation is a C or S corp.
@CornerstoneCPA_ Also bs is the broker texting AI slop to a dissatisfied client. This looks more like an effort to protect his/her ego than anything else.
@HowardRoark90 That’s what I mean, it looks like the realtor used AI to draft the text.
The client is upset because the relationship feels robotic. The agent doubles down and defends his/her roboticism with more roboticism. The agent lacks awareness and authenticity.
Now you get to fix it!
