I had the slightest hope that John Lewis was going to ring me today and get it right. Once again they failed to ring me, and messed up on my headboard again. Well done for being the worst company going! @jlandpcustserv

Wow @jlandpcustserv you are beyond a joke! The customer assistant I spoke to yesterday still transferred me to the wrong department and I still get told โwe will email the correct department for you, they will ring you shortlyโ sort your company out!
John Lewis do you even know what customer service is? I get sent a faulty headboard, ring up to complain to get told I have to email the pictures promised a phone call back,which of course I donโt get! I then ring back to be told the product is now out of stock. @jlandpcustserv

A phone call back today which surprise surprise I didnโt I had to ring before they closed! To be told the advisor emailed the wrong section and the section I need to speak too is closed today!! I have paid ยฃ145 for a headboard which was damaged on delivery. @jlandpcustserv
..will be in contact soon to send a new one, well that was a month ago! I rang up today and spoke to customer service who told me I can get one from Oxford street if I travel my self! The advisor I spoke to, told me he had emailed the home section and I would get @jlandpcustserv
