I was so hungry at night but I woke up and I feel so fuul indont even want an apple (or a granola bar that I found had 160 cals and 17 grams of fiber so I just took the entire box from the store)
it sucks that's it's going to be winter bc I juuuust got the habit of walking everywhere back and now it's going to be cold asfffff it was literally snowing today ew how am I supposed to burn cals in these conditions
found my old diary and apparently I was constantly trying to restrict around 500-600 cals and I was bingeing so muchhh it's actually insane idk how I didn't gain weight with that lifestyle
rn my limit is 700-900 abd I'm so much more happy and consistent!!
