Got a sms now about diversion when traveling in the train, what is the use of it now? What alternate arrangements can we do from inside the train. @RailMinIndia must make some alternative arrangements for all the passengers travelling to #Jasidih . @AshwiniVaishnaw

@airtelindia We are not parting ways but have upgraded to Airtel Black therefore requested to disconnect the old DTH connection which i am not using anymore any paying for it unnecessarily since 22nd July 25. How much more time is required for disconnection? Is it so hard to take such time?

@airtelindia I have recordings of false commitments being made by @airtelindia customer care representatives since 22nd July that the issue will be resolved tomorrow ... For new connection immediate response for disconnection NO AND FALSE RESPONSE
