I've been fine combing charges for a few individuals to see if charges have been missed. Why are Yongers (#Youngers) and Tenney (#ScruffyBouncer) not both charged with assault on LEO? And why is the charge §231 and not the more severe §111? Sorry if this is really obvious.

We received a new set of Jan. 6 videos from the case of Nathaniel DeGrave. DeGrave was ordered jailed pending trial and lost his appeal. A key issue re: his detention was the allegation that he assaulted US Capitol Police officers guarding a door. Here's the video of that:
