@bbelding The line seemed to get shorter after I had already joined it as well, so they’re moving people. I really do think the crowds early this morning were caused by the volume of people showing up earlier for their flights (and related backlog) vs. TSA moving any slower than usual.

For those looking for ATL updates: I joined the TSA PreCheck line outside the South Terminal this morning at 6:00 and made it through by 7:30. The airport was well organized and ATL / TSA staff were helpful and upbeat, despite the ridiculous situation we’re in.#ATL #TSA
