My first ever Mac is officially losing Apple support. Can't bring myself to chuck it 😭
In Omarchy 3.0, @ryanrhughes and @dhh added T2Linux support out-of-the-box.
T2Linux is such a cool project. They even got the Touchbar working ❤️
I'm building a cloud storage provider on top of @instant_db
- C++ websocket client subscribed to live queries from InstantDB
- Windows Cloud Files API for shell integration
- Will sync up & down using InstantDB upload/download APIs
It's been amazing working with @stopachka & @JoeAverbukh. Their product, @instant_db, powers the backend of Palette. I love how simple InstantDB is. It made writing queries a breeze, and I can ship features so much faster than before.
Building Instant has been a winding journey.
@JoeAverbukh and I met in 2014. We quickly became best friends, and senior and staff engineers at Facebook and Airbnb together.

The divisible by 100 & 400 rules are genius. Without them, leap days would cause the calendar to drift by 1 day every 128 years. Instead, they managed to slow it down to 1 day every 3333 years.
It's simple and it works.
What. The fuck.
Leap years aren’t just every 4 years. They’re very 4 years unless that year is divisible by 100. So no leap year in 2100.
But there was one in 2000 if you remember. That’s because the exception to the exception is if the year is *also* divisible by 400.
WHAT
Public beta is live! We have a forever free version. If you’re working on an indie animation, game, or a client project, you should check it out. We were tired of apps like google sheets, trello, and dropbox. https://t.co/kDrwV2C2O5
