Boston Rob comments on Aubry's winning game, and how Survivor has changed
"I do think it's interesting that people like Cirie and Ozzy talked about Aubry [playing] the middle great. Years ago, that would've been considered being called a coattail rider. That was looked down upon.
So I wonder, is that something they actually revere, or is that the excuse they're giving to be able to justify their vote, because they didn't want to vote for Jonathan or they didn't want to vote for Joe."

Maybe I’m a bitter fan but I know I absolutely don’t want to watch a reality show that targets 6 to 11 year olds. Again, the core identity of the show has been lost. The show used to be people willing to do anything to win 1 million dollars, now it’s a friendship show for kids who want to go camping.
Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.
Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸

Forever in our hearts.
44% of US homeowners are older than 60
She is effectively asking you to put 100% of the local county services tax burden on 56% of the people—people who are also still in the workforce paying income taxes, mortgages, and daycare tuition
This is horrible policy
Let this one sink in:
Without an all time fluky Linsanity run by Jose Iglesias, David Stearns would be entering his 4th season as POBO with:
- 0 playoff appearances with an expanded playoffs
- a farm system out of the top 15
- 0 blue chip prospects
A abject disaster
Kyle and I had a really challenging existence for many years. But we luckily took the time to figure out our differences and that was something he instigated with a conversation in his bus around how we each managed our racing teams. I was super eager for us to get on better terms. But it was he who made the effort for that to be possible. We did some media together also to laugh through some of the things we put each other through many years ago. Most recently we had even been discussing him running my Late Model at Wilkesboro this summer. He seemed extremely happy and we had planned to meet up next Thursday to get his seat to the shop. He laughed over the idea of his fans and JRM fans having to cheer in unison during that race.
Kyle was one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR history. No one can deny that. But he was also a father, a husband, brother, son, and a friend to many. My heart is broken for the Busch family. I will never be able to make sense of this loss but I am thankful that we had found a way to become friends.
The sad thing about Season 50 is it had SO much potential, if production just let the players play. The amount of twists screwed the season out of a satisfying ending, and rewarded the players who played it safe/didn’t make any moves. Now time for me to pretend this season never happened #Survivor50
Aubry’s win is one of the worst from a strategic standpoint… likely out first on both her starting / swapped tribe, gifted an idol she wasted, saved by Devens in duos twist, dictated 0 votes and had almost no agency. Luck is a factor to win and she needed A LOT of it #Survivor50
I loved Carter as a kid but he had one great year (85), one solid year (86) and three bad years here. This would be like retiring cespedes' number if they had won it in 2015. That said I'm not necessarily opposed but these glasses are seriously rose colored
Before my generation even cared about Donald Trump politically, we were watching Thomas Massie and Ron Paul clips on YouTube, like this one from 2015, where Thomas Massie voted to force a debate on Obama sending troops to Iraq and Syria
The reality is that they hate Massie because he has a longer track record of being more consistent and more America First than they are
This also explains the generational divide on Massie, because younger generations have been able to track these votes with new media while everyone else was waiting to hear what Sean Hannity had to say about him
Last tweet about this and then I’m done talking about it.
Funniest part about the whole number controversy is Mets saying Nick Morabito was issued #8 by mistake. Numbers don’t get issued by mistake. They just saw the angry people yelling at clouds on social and backtracked.
Crying over a number being given to a player because it was worn by a player who is remembered fondly but has less games played as a met than Juan Lagares and a handful more than Ruben Tejada
Gotta complain about something new everyday!
David Stearns’ ideal roster was what he trotted out on Opening Day. It was built in his image, with run prevention and kicking out every fan favorite Met. And that roster failed big time. He has nothing to try but young kids at this point. Let’s not act like this is David Stearns
I love how Jay Bilas takes zero responsibility for what's going on in college basketball. He pushed for all of this shit. The guy is a grade A asshole.
